Tirth Patel

Hi, I'm

Tirth Patel

I build products, and the quieter systems that let them last.

I'm in Bangalore, building Fluenciq. I tend to sit with what's unclear, follow how the pieces relate, and keep going until the thing works in the world, not just on a slide.

  • Kalein
  • Founder

Studio

  • Fluenciq

A company for human-AI collaboration. Intelligence as a force multiplier. Technology that serves people. Innovation held to a standard.

  • Kalein

A Fluenciq product for meeting in person. Plans come first. Dating, friendship, companionship, and going out share one surface.

  • Consona

Selected work

Products

  1. Fluenciq

    company · 2024

The company and ecosystem I am building: infrastructure, products, and intelligence from first principles, not a single app with a landing page.

  2. Kalein

    product · 2025

A plan-first social application designed around real-world experiences rather than endless conversation.

Consona

Open-source ecosystem

  1. Consona Package Manager

Zero-setup private packages from your GitHub repos.

  2. Consona Avatar

Deterministic parametric avatar engine with a Consona product plugin, real-time gaze, and modular atoms.

  3. Consona Interface

A modular, pluggable, self-documenting design engine.

  4. Consona Flutter

Subtle, tactile Flutter UI components with a plugin registry, theme system, and per-surface audio engines.

  5. Consona Drawing

  6. Consona Transformium

A TypeScript library and JSON scene format for 3D particle systems.

  7. Consona Modules

A single npm workspace for the Consona modules library.

Systems

  1. ClientSync

    framework · 2026

A general-purpose synchronization layer for realtime, offline-first, and multi-device applications. The application owns its data. ClientSync owns synchronization.

  2. Node Server

    framework · 2025

Production-grade Express and TypeScript server foundation used across Fluenciq services: security, validation, sockets, metrics, plugins, and lifecycle.

  3. Object System

    infrastructure

Storage orchestration for S3, GCS, Azure Blob, and MinIO: multipart uploads, resumability, versioning, signed URLs, and resource linking. One system, three surfaces.

  4. Watchman

    infrastructure

Unified observability: logs, metrics, and traces collapse into one context so a distributed system can be reasoned about as a single story.

  5. Frontend Systems

    component

Reusable frontend primitives for Fluenciq and Kalein: editors, dashboards, interaction systems, media, and design systems, rather than one-off screens.

  6. Commercial Platform

    infrastructure

A packaged commercial monolith for Fluenciq: catalog, ledger, subscriptions, entitlements, credits, usage, billing, marketplace, and storefront compose one app service.

  7. Memnode

    research · 2026

Cognitive memory infrastructure for agents: semantic, episodic, procedural, contextual, and associative memory as a graph, not a vector bucket.

About

I'm Tirth, based in Bangalore, building Fluenciq and a few other products when an idea won't leave me alone.

Most days I'm somewhere between a sketch and a running system. I like the early part of a problem, when nothing is settled yet and you're still trying to understand what the thing wants to be. I ask a lot of questions, make something small, and keep going until it feels honest.

Fluenciq is where a lot of that energy lives. I've spent years on both the surfaces people touch and the quieter pieces underneath, the kind of work you don't always see on a homepage, but that makes everything else possible. Some of it stays private because it runs the company; some of it shows up here when it can stand on its own.

I care about how software feels as much as how it's built. The interface and the internals aren't separate jobs to me. If one is careless, the other usually is too. Outside of code I draw and paint; that habit of looking carefully tends to follow me back into products.

If something here resonates, I'd rather talk than pitch. Tell me what you're stuck on, or what you're curious about. That's usually where the good conversations start.
